How to insert your contact lense

FIRSTLY & MOST IMPORTANTLY

Wash your hands with an anti-bacterial soap, rinse and dry your hands with a lint free towel.

CHECK THAT THE LENS IS THE CORRECT WAY ROUND

To do this, put the lens on the lens on the tip of your finger and hold it up to light. If the edges flare out, its inside out. If you’re wearing Acuvue lenses they have a 1-2-3 indicator. make sure the digits aren’t backwards.

USING YOUR RIGHT HAND

Gently hold your upper eyelid with one finger so you don’t blink or get your eyelashes in the way, carefully pull down your lower eyelid with your other fingers.

MOVE THE CONTACT LENS

Slowly towards your eye. Look upward as you place it on your eye, and slowly release your eyelid and close your eye for a momnet to allow the lens to settle. Repeat for your other eye.

How to remove your contact lense

BRING YOUR INDEX FINGER TO YOUR EYE

Slowly until you touch the lower edge of the lens, and slide the lens down tot he lower white part of the eye.

GENTLY SQUEEZE THE LENS

Between the thumb and index finger and remove it. Repeat this for your left eye.

I ordered these after being let down by another online contact lense store. These came in time for my holiday and saved the day and my holiday. Very grateful, thank you.

Quick delivery

These contact lenses (in my prescription at least) have been discontinued and are very difficult to get ahold of, however mi eyes has stock and delivered within 2 days. I was kept up to date on expected delivery. Really pleased with this, and the package also included a small pack of sweets which is a nice touch!
